WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT In our unit Digital Controlling & Processes, we develop and implement system-based steering concepts for our business. We oversee and enhance our reporting, analytics, and data platforms and actively support management decision-making through standardized reporting solutions and modern data technologies. In close collaboration with business stakeholders, we translate reporting requirements into scalable and sustainable digital solutions. We are looking for you to join our team for a fixed-term period of one year. In your new role, you contribute to the development and enhancement of standardized management reporting solutions using Power BI and Databricks. You design, build, and maintain reporting models, dashboards, and reporting packages based on business requirements and established reporting standards. Additionally, you support the translation of reporting requirements from finance, controlling, and management into user-friendly reporting solutions. You contribute to the development of data transformations, integrations, and reporting structures required for standardized reporting. Together with business stakeholders and technical teams, you support data quality reviews, data mapping activities, and reporting validation. Furthermore, you participate in testing, validation, deployment, and continuous improvement activities for reporting solutions. WHAT YOU OFFER master's degree in business informatics or economics, ideally combining strong business and analytical capabilities with technical skills initial practical experience in controlling, finance, reporting, business intelligence, or data analytics strong understanding of controlling, management reporting, KPIs, and financial steering concepts as well as ability to translate business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions proven expertise in Power BI, data modelling, SQL, Databricks, and modern analytics platforms strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in an international environment very good language skills in English; German language skills are considered an advantage WHAT WE OFFER At our Münster site, employees have access to our on-site fitness center “Freizeit” with an integrated physiotherapy practice, dedicated occupational physicians, the company restaurant “Auszeit” including a café bar, the bilingual company daycare center “LackiKids,” and the holiday program “LackiKids on Tour.” We offer 30 vacation days per year (full-time), additional time-off options, and a 37.5-hour workweek.
