Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description Purpose Provides systems analysis, design, development, testing and support on highly complex technical information system components. Experience requirements: Strong hands-on experience with Oracle APEX / Forms development. Strong Oracle PL/SQL programming, troubleshooting, analytical and performance tuning skills. Experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise-level Oracle database applications. Excellent interpersonal skills to train/mentor/work cross-functionally within the organization Ability to develop scalable, secure, and maintainable business applications. Experience with Java development preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Demonstrated experience in statistical analysis plan development and review Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities Strong attention to detail and quality focus Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 6+ years’). Working Hours Working Hours for India - 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST Working Hours for Manila - 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM PST
