Meta is seeking experienced engineers to join our Central Growth team, the org responsible for maximizing user growth across every Meta app and device. We were one of Meta's first growth teams and have helped more than 3 billion people find value in Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads, Meta AI and our wearables. We build and optimize the centralized levers the entire company depends on (access and identity, notifications, friending, cross-app linking, onboarding, SEO, and global distribution partnerships), and we own the platforms that unify the family of apps under a single Meta Account. The work is high-leverage by construction: a single change can move the trajectory of a billion-user product, and increasingly we are building AI-native systems so growth scales out-of-the-box to every new product Meta launches.
