As a Engineer - Network Administrator at B. Braun you will play a vital role in…. Your key responsibilities: Operate and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wireless, Security) and communication systems. Support design, implementation, lifecycle management, and maintenance of global voice and video systems. Perform administrative tasks including performance monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and system optimization. Ensure network stability, availability, and performance, including incident handling and resolution. Participate in network installation, upgrade, maintenance, and lifecycle management activities. Coordinate and manage external service providers and vendors. Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system configurations. Support problem management processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate effectively within global teams and manage multiple tasks independently. Lead execution of network operations, maintenance, and support activities. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and communication issues. Support implementation of network upgrades, configurations, and optimization. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency. Ensure compliance with network security policies, standards, and best practices. What you will bring to the team: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science of the related field or equivalent work experience Hands‑on experience with SD‑WAN platforms (preferably VMware VeloCloud). Familiarity with cloud security solutions Zscaler . Strong understanding of WAN technologies and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF). Experience in troubleshooting network outages and resolving incidents within SLA. Demonstrates a strong learning orientation, adaptability, and openness to acquiring new technologies and skills. Flexibility to occasionally adjust working hours to support collaboration across global time zones. Able to work on evening and weekend if necessary. Prefer with experience with Microsoft Azure networking and cloud integration. Prefer with exposure to network security, firewall, and DDI technologies, including CheckPoint Firewall and BloxOne DDI, with familiarity in IPAM and monitoring tools such as CheckMK and StableNet.
