Job description

To lead the alignment of digital and IT initiatives at the regional and site level with the overall enterprise architecture strategy of the organization. The role ensures that local IT systems, applications, data flows, and infrastructure adhere to architectural standards, support business goals, enable digital transformation, and maintain regulatory compliance. It also acts as a key conduit between regional/site IT needs and global architecture strategies, ensuring scalability, interoperability, security, and governance across systems and platforms. Academic Stream 0 Work experience (in months) 0 Job Responsibility and key Decisions Enterprise Architecture Strategy Governance Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and roadmaps aligned with business goals. Ensure IT infrastructure, applications, and digital platforms are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices. Establish guidelines for system integration, data flow, and IT security within the organization. IT Infrastructure Digital Transformation Support the adoption of cloud, automation, and AIdriven technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Lead initiatives to modernize legacy systems and transition to advanced digital solutions. Evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on business processes. System Integration Optimization Design and oversee the integration of enterprise applications SAP, ERP, MES, CRM, and other businesscritical systems. Ensure seamless data exchange between different IT systems, enhancing connectivity and efficiency. Optimize IT infrastructure to support high availability, scalability, and performance across regional sites. Compliance, Security Risk Management Ensure IT architecture complies with regulatory requirements, data integrity policies, and cybersecurity standards. Implement risk mitigation strategies to enhance the resilience of IT systems. Conduct periodic IT audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement. Collaboration Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to align technology solutions with business needs. Provide technical leadership and guidance to crossfunctional teams on IT architecture best practices. Act as a key advisor for IT projects, ensuring architecture consistency and scalability. Continuous Improvement Innovation Stay updated on the latest trends in enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure. Drive innovation by identifying and implementing nextgeneration technologies. Participate in knowledgesharing sessions and contribute to IT strategy discussions.
