The G&A Finance team is looking for an experienced professional to partner with the Global Workplace Services (GWS) organization – spanning Real Estate, Facilities, Culinary, and Security – in driving scale, efficiency, and innovation. In this FP&A position, you will oversee a multi-billion-dollar budget, deliver key business analytics and insights, and guide high-profile strategic and operational decision-making and initiatives. You will also contribute meaningfully to business planning and forecasting, including the development of annual operating budgets, and support all ad hoc strategic projects. Successful candidates for this team are well-rounded top performers who thrive in a high-energy environment, have experience in FP&A, data management, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
