Your Role Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, including process maps, wireframes, and data models. Create and maintain detailed User Stories, ensuring all business context, requirements, and supporting analysis are available to development teams. Define test scenarios and support Product Owners in creating effective acceptance criteria to ensure successful solution delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Owners, Technology Leads, Business Process Managers, and Data teams, to maintain end-to-end process and system alignment. Manage and prioritize backlog items, provide production support for business applications, and maintain accurate project documentation. Your Profile 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or a similar role within Agile environments. Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working with cross-functional product teams. Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools, as well as Visio and BPMN process modeling. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of data modeling, business processes, and software development lifecycles. Advanced English communication skills.
