Identify risks, control weaknesses, root causes, and improvement opportunities based on audit evidence and factual analysis. Prepare clear working papers, audit findings, report input, and practical recommendations. Support audit closing meetings and communicate audit results clearly to auditees and stakeholders. Monitor follow-up measures owned by the business and support the assessment of remediation quality. Advise projects, business units, and functional owners on internal control and risk management questions, within the scope of the audit role. Ensure compliance with audit policies, minimum standards, methodology, and documentation requirements. Recommend improvements in quality, workflows, processes, documentation, and control design. Use data analysis and digital audit techniques to support audit testing, identify patterns, and generate insights where appropriate. Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the audit team. What you bring Good knowledge of audit processes, procedures, and concepts, with the ability to apply them in practical audit work. Understanding of internal controls, risk management, governance, regulatory expectations, and information security management. Good communication skills, with the ability to exchange information clearly and logically with auditees, stakeholders, and team members. Professional curiosity, integrity, trust, team spirit, self-motivation, and commitment to continuous learning. Ability to understand different stakeholder perspectives and work effectively in an international environment.
