Your Job .Molex is seeking a Process Engineer responsible for coordinating and managing the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process. Our Team You will join an engineering team responsible for implementing and controlling technical changes across the organisation. What You Will Do Create and coordinate ECOs. Verify change request completeness. Monitor implementation activities and deadlines. Track open ECOs and report progress. Assess the impact of changes on BOMs, routings, materials, tooling and processes. Manage technical documentation. Support NPI documentation activities. Communicate changes across the business. Participate in technical audits. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience. Knowledge of engineering change management processes. ERP experience (SAP preferred). PLM/PDM experience (Agile preferred). Advanced Excel skills. Basic database and reporting knowledge. Strong Polish language skills. English proficiency at B2 level or above. What Will Put You Ahead Knowledge of: Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation & Robotics, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.
