Your Job Molex is seeking a Process Engineer responsible for developing, stabilising, and optimising testing processes supporting the manufacturing of advanced fibre optic connectivity solutions. This role focuses on improving product quality, increasing manufacturing efficiency, and driving continuous process improvement. Our Team You will join a team responsible for developing and maintaining testing processes for products used in modern networking infrastructure and hyperscale data centres. The team works closely with quality, production, maintenance, and product development teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability. What You Will Do Reduce geometry-related defects by maintaining stable critical test equipment parameters in production. Improve and stabilise First Pass Yield performance while reducing defects related to contamination, scratches, and chips. Improve manufacturing capability by reducing test station downtime, retests, and workstation configuration errors. Reduce scrap and rework through identification and elimination of dominant defect causes. Diagnose measurement systems and maintain result consistency across workstations and manufacturing sites. Reduce quality risks associated with expired calibrations or worn test equipment. Increase throughput by reducing test times, retests, and inspection costs. Analyse process and quality data and recommend improvement actions. Collaborate with quality, manufacturing, maintenance, and product development teams. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. Knowledge of product testing methods and process validation. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Knowledge of SPC, MSA, and Cp/Cpk methodologies. Ability to work with technical documentation. Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, and 8D. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Strong Polish language skills enabling effective communication within the manufacturing environment. English proficiency at a minimum B2 level, allowing effective work with technical documentation and collaboration with international teams. What Will Put You Ahead Academic background in Electronics, Automation & Robotics, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, Technical Physics, Manufacturing Engineering, Technical Informatics, or Optics/Photonics. Experience with measurement systems and product testing. Knowledge of process validation and test system qualification methodologies. Experience working in a high-quality manufacturing environment.
