EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations coordination or a cross-functional support role, preferably in a multinational or healthcare environment. Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, complex environment. Strong organizational and planning capabilities, including experience managing calendars, trackers, reporting processes, and operational workflows. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, or Teams is an asset. Ability to work across cultures and functions, engaging confidently with diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with healthcare policy, reimbursement environments, or health economics frameworks is advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional Asian language proficiency is a plus. POSITION SUMMARY: The Health Economics & Reimbursement (HE&R) Coordinator/Assistant Manager, APAC provides administrative, operational, and coordination support to the APAC HE&R organization and the Regional Director – HE&R APAC. This role serves as a central coordination point for regional team operations, including calendar and meeting management, budgeting, travel and expenses, reporting support, team activities, documentation, and cross-functional follow-up across APAC markets. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced regional environment. In addition to strong administrative capabilities, the role offers opportunities to support regional projects, operational initiatives, and process improvement over time. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain trackers, templates, documentation, SharePoint folders, and internal knowledge repositories to support team operations and planning cycles Support preparation and consolidation of regional reports, dashboards, and leadership updates, including coordination of the APAC HE&R activity tracker and country inputs Manage calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, expense management, and administrative support for the Regional Director – HE&R APAC Support travel planning, logistics, expense submissions, reimbursement processes, and ensure compliance with company policies Coordinate regional and global meetings, including scheduling across time zones, agenda management, logistics, minutes, and follow-up tracking Manage purchase orders (POs), invoice tracking, vendor coordination, budgeting workflows, and cross-charge processes in collaboration with finance and procurement teams Organize team activities, regional workshops, leadership meetings, engagement events, and internal forums Maintain and track calendars of key APAC conferences, external events, and training sessions relevant to HE&R Support timeline tracking, follow-up, and coordination of regional operational activities and key initiatives Coordinate monthly team meetings and internal forums, including agenda setting, input collection, and action tracking Drive continuous improvement of administrative workflows, coordination processes, and information management practices across the regional HE&R organization Provide additional coordination and administrative support as assigned by the Regional Director POSITION ACCOUNTABILITY & SCOPE Region: Asia Pacific Scope: Coordination support for all HE&R activities across APAC, in collaboration with global and local stakeholders KEY SUCCESS FACTORS Strong executive coordination and organizational excellence, with the ability to manage complex schedules, multiple priorities, and competing deadlines with precision Highly dependable and structured, demonstrating strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through to keep activities on track Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, confident engaging across cultures, functions, and senior stakeholders Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, maintaining composure under pressure and adapting to changing priorities Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset, driving operational efficiency and enhancing coordination practices High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when supporting senior leadership and handling sensitive information Self-directed and collaborative, able to work independently while coordinating effectively across multiple teams and functions Service-oriented mindset with a positive, adaptable attitude, and a strong willingness to learn and contribute beyond core responsibilities The base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
