SAP FICO Consultant Experience: 7+ Years Location: Magarpatta, Pune Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Job Description We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a strong foundation in Finance, hands-on SAP FICO expertise, and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end SAP implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience across key Finance processes and SAP S/4HANA, with the ability to independently lead discussions, workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation activities. Required Technical & Functional Skills 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO . Minimum 2 years of Finance domain experience , with exposure to areas such as: Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) General Finance Asset Accounting Indirect Tax Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) Experience in at least 4+ end-to-end SAP implementations . Strong hands-on expertise in SAP FICO modules . Good working knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA . Experience with Central Finance (CFIN) . Ability to independently lead client/stakeholder discussions and workshops . Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, solution design, and implementation. Experience preparing functional and technical documentation, including: Functional Specifications User Manuals Process Documentation Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Desired / Good-to-Have Skills Familiarity with intelligent automation/RPA tools such as: UiPath Blue Prism Automation Anywhere Experience identifying and implementing automation opportunities within SAP Finance processes.
