Job Title: Tosca Automation Test Lead (SAP S/4HANA) Experience Required •10+ years of overall experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance. •5+ years of hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca Automation. •3-4+ years of experience in SAP testing, including SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. •Proven experience leading testing teams in large enterprise implementations. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Tosca Automation Test Lead to drive test automation strategy, planning, execution, and delivery for large-scale enterprise programs involving SAP S/4HANA and integrated applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca, SAP business processes, client stakeholder management, and leadership of geographically distributed testing teams. This role requires an individual who can engage confidently with client leadership, define automation roadmaps, manage testing deliverables, and ensure high-quality outcomes across multiple test cycles. Key Responsibilities Test Strategy & Planning •Define and implement end-to-end automation testing strategy using Tricentis Tosca. •Develop automation roadmaps, test plans, effort estimates, and execution strategies. •Identify automation opportunities and maximize test coverage across business-critical processes. •Establish automation standards, frameworks, best practices, and governance. Test Execution & Delivery •Lead automation design, script development, maintenance, and execution activities. •Ensure successful delivery of SIT, Regression, UAT, E2E, and Release Validation cycles. •Monitor test execution progress, defect trends, risks, and dependencies. •Collaborate with functional and technical teams for resolution. SAP S/4HANA Testing •Lead automation and testing activities for SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs. •Understand SAP business processes across modules such as: oOrder to Cash (O2C) oProcure to Pay (P2P) oRecord to Report (R2R) oWarehouse Management (WM/EWM) oManufacturing & Supply Chain processes •Support integration testing involving SAP and non-SAP applications. Team Leadership •Lead, mentor, and manage automation engineers and test analysts. •Allocate work, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to testing standards. •Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Client & Stakeholder Management •Act as the primary testing point of contact for automation testing. •Manage client expectations, priorities, risks, and delivery commitments. •Present testing status, quality metrics, risks, and recommendations to leadership teams. Continuous Improvement •Drive automation adoption and improve overall testing efficiency. •Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation. •Recommend process improvements and testing innovations using Tosca capabilities. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills •Strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca Automation Suite. •Experience with: oTosca Commander oTest Case Design (TCD) oAPI Testing oRisk-Based Testing oTest Data Management oCI/CD integration •Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models. •Experience working with tools such as: oAzure DevOps oJira •Knowledge of SAP integrations and enterprise applications. SAP Skills •Minimum 3-4 years of SAP testing experience. •Experience testing SAP S/4HANA business processes. •Ability to understand SAP functional requirements and translate them into automation solutions. •Experience with SAP Fiori applications is highly desirable.
