Job description

Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in operations, customer service, finance operations, shared services, BPO, KPO, or back-office functions. Strong communication and computer skills. Willingness to work in a process-driven environment. Ability to work from office as per business requirements. Key Responsibilities Process transactions accurately and within defined turnaround times. Review requests, validate supporting information, and update business systems. Manage customer, account, billing, payment, dispute, or service-related records as applicable. Perform data entry, record maintenance, reconciliation, and transaction processing activities. Respond to customer and stakeholder queries through email and other approved communication channels. Follow standard operating procedures and comply with process guidelines. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Identify process exceptions and escalate them appropriately. Maintain productivity, quality, and SLA targets. Participate in process improvement initiatives and team discussions. Generate and maintain process-related reports and trackers as required. Ensure high standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer experience Skill Requirements Communication Skills Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams. Good listening and comprehension skills. Computer Skills Good working knowledge of Google Suite - Gsheet, GDoc etc. Comfortable working with web-based applications and business systems. Ability to learn new tools and applications quickly. Analytical Skills Attention to detail and accuracy. Basic problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively. Behavioral Competencies Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Team player with strong collaboration skills. Customer-centric mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. High level of ownership and accountability. Flexibility to work across different process areas as business needs evolve. Other Requirements Exposure to Order-to-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Collections, Cash Application, Customer Service, or related processes. Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
