"Job Description – Business Analyst (Finance Invoicing) Location: France (Onsite) Role: Business Analyst (Finance Invoicing) Band: E3.1 Experience: 13+ Years Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) with strong expertise in Finance and Invoicing processes to work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and IT organizations. The candidate will play a critical role in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, driving solution design, and ensuring successful delivery of finance-related initiatives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders to understand invoicing and billing requirements. Analyze existing finance and invoicing processes and identify improvement opportunities. Gather, document, and manage business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams. Support implementation of finance transformation and process optimization initiatives. Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings. Perform impact analysis and support change management activities. Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect management. Track project deliverables and ensure alignment with business objectives. Support production issues related to invoicing and finance processes. Required Skills & Experience 13+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong knowledge of: Finance Operations Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounts Payable (AP) Billing and Invoicing Processes Financial Reporting Order-to-Cash (O2C) Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Experience in requirements gathering and documentation. Proficiency in process mapping and business process re-engineering. Experience working with cross-functional and global teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive or manufacturing domain. Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Knowledge of finance compliance and audit requirements. French language proficiency is an added advantage.
