PowerShell, IAC Engg JD- PowerShell L3 Resource\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nJob Summary:\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n An experienced PowerShell L3 Engineer to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise-grade automation solutions. The resource will be responsible for creating scalable scripts, automating operational processes, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving operational efficiency through automation. The role requires strong expertise in PowerShell scripting, Power BU dashboard, REST APIs and infrastructure automation.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nKey Responsibilities\\\\r\\\\nPowerShell Development & Automation\\\\r\\\\n• Develop, test, and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts and automation frameworks.\\\\r\\\\n• Automate manual operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce human intervention.\\\\r\\\\n• Create reusable PowerShell modules and functions following coding standards.\\\\r\\\\n• Implement error handling, logging, reporting, and notification mechanisms within scripts.\\\\r\\\\n• Perform code reviews and optimize existing scripts for performance and scalability.\\\\r\\\\nInfrastructure & System Administration\\\\r\\\\n• Automate administration tasks related to: \\\\r\\\\no Active Directory\\\\r\\\\no Entra ID (Azure AD)\\\\r\\\\no ServiceNow\\\\r\\\\no Security & Compliance Operations & Audit\\\\r\\\\n• Support system integrations using REST APIs, Graph API, and web services.\\\\r\\\\nTroubleshooting & Support\\\\r\\\\n• Analyze and resolve complex automation failures and scripting issues.\\\\r\\\\n• Provide L3 support for automation-related incidents and service requests.\\\\r\\\\n• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.\\\\r\\\\n• Collaborate with operations, IAM, security, and infrastructure teams.\\\\r\\\\nDocumentation & Governance\\\\r\\\\n• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, user guides, and knowledge articles.\\\\r\\\\n• Maintain version control repositories and deployment documentation.\\\\r\\\\n• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and change management processes.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nRequired Technical Skills\\\\r\\\\nMandatory\\\\r\\\\n• Advanced PowerShell Scripting (PowerShell 5.x/7.x)\\\\r\\\\n• Active Directory Administration\\\\r\\\\n• PowerShell Modules and Functions Development\\\\r\\\\n• REST API Integration\\\\r\\\\n• JSON, XML, CSV Data Manipulation\\\\r\\\\n• Task Scheduler and Automated Job Execution\\\\r\\\\n• Git / Azure DevOps Repositories\\\\r\\\\n• Debugging and Performance Optimization\\\\r\\\\n• Microsoft Graph API\\\\r\\\\n• SQL Querying\\\\r\\\\n• Graph API\\\\r\\\\n• Azure CLI\\\\r\\\\n• ServiceNow Integration\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nDesired Competencies\\\\r\\\\n• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills\\\\r\\\\n• Excellent problem-solving capabilities\\\\r\\\\n• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision\\\\r\\\\n• Strong stakeholder communication skills\\\\r\\\\n• Experience working in ITIL-based environments\\\\r\\\\n• Documentation and presentation skills\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nGood to Have knowledge of \\\\r\\\\n• PowerShell Toolmaking and Automation Certification\\\\r\\\\n• IAM and access review automation\\\\r\\\\n• Automated reporting and compliance checks\\\\r\\\\n• Service health monitoring and self-healing automation\\\\r\\\\n• Microsoft Graph and Entra ID automation\\\\r\\\\n• Infrastructure operational automation and orchestration\\\\r\\\\n• Knowledge of any other programing language like Java, HTML, Power BI .Net, etc.\\\\r\\\\n• \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nQualifications:\\\\r\\\\n• 5-10 years of strong experience on PowerShell scripting and automation.\\\\r\\\\n• Strong oral and written communications skills\\\\r\\\\n• Customer Facing Exposure is must\\\\r\\\\n• Open to travel requirements Key Responsibilities PowerShell Development & Automation • Develop, test, and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts and automation frameworks. • Automate manual operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce human intervention. • Create reusable PowerShell modules and functions following coding standards. • Implement error handling, logging, reporting, and notification mechanisms within scripts. • Perform code reviews and optimize existing scripts for performance and scalability.
