Detailed JD: Design, develop, enhance, and support customizations for HCL/IBM Unica Campaign and Unica Plan platforms. Develop and maintain Java-based integrations, services, and automation solutions supporting marketing workflows. Build and support ETL processes using SSIS and related data integration technologies. Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and data processing jobs. Develop and support REST and SOAP API integrations with internal and external enterprise applications. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Support platform upgrades, patching activities, and environment migrations. Develop batch automation processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and retrospective activities. Create technical design documentation, deployment procedures, and operational support documentation. Partner with external vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable enterprise solutions. Provide on-call support for critical production applications as needed. Required skills: 7+ years of software development experience. 5+ years of Java/J2EE development experience. Strong experience with: Java Spring Framework / Spring Boot REST APIs SQL Server Oracle databases JDBC JSON/XML Git 3+ years of SSIS development experience. Experience designing and supporting ETL and batch processing solutions. Experience designing and supporting ETL and batch processing solutions. Experience with: Apache Camel JMS Messaging SOAP Services GraphQL JavaScript jQuery ExtJS Experience integrating with enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, HR, Marketing, or Event Management systems. Experience supporting marketing automation and campaign management solutions. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure. Experience with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD automation.
