JOB DESCRIPTION:Are you someone who enjoys structure, keeping things organized, and working with documents? We’re looking for a Documentation Change Control Coordinator to join our Global Documentation Center team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in making sure documentation is handled correctly and efficiently across our global organization. Location: Weesp, The Netherlands. This is an office based position that requires your present in the office a minimum of 4 days a week. What you’ll do Receive, review, and upload documents into our systems Keep documentation accurate, organized, and up to date Work closely with colleagues who create the documents Support users if they experience issues with the system Take part in improving how we manage and track documentation What we’re looking for Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience in technical/science, engineering, or medical fields Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Open to new ideas, changes, and continuous improvement Good communication skills and team mindset Fluent in English, written and spoken Nice to have (but not required): Experience working with technical documentation Dutch language, written and spoken Sounds interesting?
