Job Description: Job Overview Assists, develops, and implements timely processing of assigned medium risk and medium complexity payroll-related activities and delivers processes and programs through technology solutions and centralized shared services (may also include time and attendance administration). - Supporta la corretta e puntuale gestione del processo payroll, assicurando l’esecuzione delle attività assegnate nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali, delle scadenze previste e della normativa vigente; - Gestisce, in collaborazione con il team Payroll, le attività operative necessarie all’elaborazione delle retribuzioni, incluse la raccolta e il controllo delle variabili mensili, la gestione delle presenze e l’inserimento e l’aggiornamento dei dati nei sistemi Payroll e Time & Attendance; - Verifica la completezza e la correttezza dei dati e della documentazione necessari al processo payroll, individuando e gestendo eventuali anomalie o discrepanze e segnalando tempestivamente le criticità al responsabile Payroll. Fornisce inoltre supporto ai dipendenti sulle tematiche payroll di propria competenza; - Supporta le attività di controllo successive all’elaborazione delle retribuzioni e degli altri elementi connessi al rapporto di lavoro. Predispone report e prospetti di sintesi e collabora alle attività di controllo interno e di audit relative al processo payroll; - Verifica la corretta applicazione delle ritenute fiscali e previdenziali, delle detrazioni, delle agevolazioni e degli altri elementi previsti dalla normativa. Cura la documentazione e gli adempimenti di propria competenza, mantenendosi costantemente aggiornata/o sull’evoluzione della normativa e delle disposizioni amministrative in materia di payroll. Job Requirements Inputting and adjusting payroll records in HRIS or related software systems, following up with team members on ongoing tasks, and reporting information to supervisor. Verifying submission of payroll information and related documents, addressing inquiries and discrepancies noticed, and informing employees on the same. Handling compensation packages and their calculations via computerized payroll systems. Preparing summarized reports and assisting in audits for the payroll department. Monitoring accurate processing of tax deductions, exemptions, and related legal forms, and changes in local laws and government regulations. What your background should look like Typically requires 4 or more years of related work experience. Requires high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
