Job Description We are looking for a (Senior) IT Infrastructure Expert (m/f/d) (permanent, full-time) Join our team at our location in Berlin, Baden-Baden or Verl - flexible working conditions available Your daily tasks will be: Serve as subject matter expert for Conditional Access and MFA platform operations Lead script/tool development for configuration rollout, validation, and remediation Establish operational dashboards and reports that surface compliance and enforcement health Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement on policy drift or enforcement gaps Coordinate closely with IAM, Security, and Architecture teams to reflect evolving platform standards Guide junior team members in tooling use, operational best practices, and script quality Support readiness reviews, internal audits, and compliance documentation Qualifications Your Qualification: Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID platform operations Deep knowledge of M365 and Exchange Experience building and maintaining operational tooling for secure policy rollout Strong analytical mindset and troubleshooting skills Ability to lead operational excellence efforts and align with broader platform strategy Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (or higher) Additional Information Disclosure requirements pertaining to the collection of your personal data: Responsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
