Map partner data to FHIR resources and validate it. Match patients and orders, quarantine records that don’t match, and support reconciliation and replay. Build long-running clinical workflows in Temporal (.NET SDK), such as lab orders, result review, critical result alerts, and medication change approvals. Use idempotency, the outbox pattern, and event messaging (Kafka, Pub/Sub, or Service Bus) so no clinical action is lost or duplicated. Connect AI assistant features to care services through secure, permission-scoped tools, and require clinician approval before AI output affects clinical records. Build secure login, consent, and access rules by tenant, patient, and purpose of use (OIDC, OPA). Secure partner connections with mTLS/OAuth. Package and deploy services as containers on Kubernetes (GKE/AKS) through CI/CD and GitOps, with health checks and autoscaling. Keep patient data out of logs, caches, and the browser.
