Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective. Manage team delivery, dependencies, risks, impediments, and blockers. Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders. Ensure Agile practices are followed and drive continuous improvement. Track sprint progress, delivery commitments, and Agile metrics. Technical Skills Basic understanding of SDLC and software application architecture. Understanding of .NET framework concepts and application structure. Exposure and understanding to React applications and Micro Frontend architecture Awareness and understanding of design patterns Understanding of cloud frameworks, cloud concepts, and cloud-based applications, with focus on Azure and GCP Basic understanding of CI/CD, source control, build, testing, and deployment. Understanding of DEV, QA, UAT, and Production environments. Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker and similar tools. Key Skills Strong communication and facilitation. Team coordination and stakeholder management. Risk, dependency, and impediment management. Problem-solving and conflict resolution. Agile mindset and continuous improvement.
