Vous serez intégré au sein du département Support & Services d'ATR et plus spécifiquement Le Service Administration des ventes qui a récemment été réorganisé regrouper les 3 pôles suivants : Training Technical Documentation GMA Exclusions Votre mission générale : soutien au déploiement de la transformation. Les Services ont engagé une transformation de leurs activités de Sales Administration avec la création d’une nouvelle entité transverse regroupant plusieurs Business Lines telles que Training, Technical Data et GMA Exclusions. L’ambition : décloisonner les activités, capitaliser sur les meilleures pratiques et construire des outils, méthodes et standards communs pour gagner en efficacité et en cohérence. Le/la stagiaire participera directement à cette transformation et à la construction du nouveau modèle opérationnel. Descriptif des missions proposées : Sécurisation des activités existantes :Avec le support des opérationnels, identifier les activités principales dans les 3 pôles de compétences Tech support, tech data, training… Identifier les Critical Key Knowledge Piloter le projet de rédaction des descriptifs d’activité avec les équipes Accompagner les équipes dans la rédaction des descriptifs d’activités principaux Livrable : 1 handbook par activité undefined Projet « Sales admin center of excellence” (COE) Déterminer la structure projet, les grandes étapes, les livrables Contribuer à l’animation des ateliers d’optimisations des processus (VSM/LEAN…) Proposer des améliorations sur les process, outils et méthodes existants Proceder à des analyses de make or buy Rédiger/mettre à jour les process et RACI Livrable : process reflétant la nouvelle organisation Vous serez accompagné par votre maitre de stage tout au long de l’activité. You will join ATR’s Support & Services Department, and more specifically the Sales Administration Team, which has recently been reorganized to bring together the following three areas: Training Technical Documentation GMA Exclusions Your overall mission: Supporting the transformation rollout Description of the proposed assignments: 1. Handbook Identify the main activities across the three areas of expertise: Technical Support, Technical Data, and Training. Document and formalize the identified processes. Lead and coordinate the process documentation project with the teams. 2. “Sales Administration Center of Excellence” (CoE) Project Define the project structure, key milestones, and deliverables. Contribute to the facilitation of process optimization workshops (VSM, Lean, etc.). Recommend improvements to existing processes, tools, and working methods. Draft and update process documentation. This internship is designed for you Are a Master’s student (university, business school, or general engineering program) Have an interest in the aerospace industry (++) Are curious and eager to learn (++) Are interested in Process & Methods (+++) Have strong analytical and synthesis skills (+++) Are proactive and creative (+) Have knowledge of Office tools and SAP (+) Are fluent in English or French (++) Calendar Starting date: January 2027 How does the recruitment process work?
