Main responsibilities: Engage healthcare professionals and institutions proactively and reactively with accurate, balanced scientific information. Organize and run scientific meetings, webinars, and discussions with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals. Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships through scientific exchange in a fast-changing healthcare environment. Communicate the clinical value of our therapeutic area products within the regulatory and ethical framework. Respond to unsolicited medical questions and support investigator-initiated research and local advisory boards. Develop and deliver individual stakeholder engagement plans aligned with the medical strategy. Report adverse events and product quality complaints promptly, in line with local procedures. About you Degree in a scientific discipline. Experience in stakeholder strategy, planning, and engagement. Disease and therapeutic area knowledge in rhinology and/or gastroenterology. Strong impactful scientific communication skills, across multiple channels and formats. Fluent in Polish and English, spoken and written. Strategic thinking, business acumen, and strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Experience using CRM tools is an asset. Why choose us? The salary range for this position is :zł176 640,00 - zł235 520Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.
