Your Role We’re looking for experienced PLM Windchill SIM Developer or Solution Architects who can bring value to the team and act as key contributors in our PLM projects. You will be responsible for architectural design, defining system requirements, and ensuring that the technical solution remains aligned with business needs throughout the project lifecycle. Your work will span both delivery and pre-sales activities, including customer discovery, solution development, and stakeholder engagement. Work can be carried out remotely from anywhere in Sweden. In this role you will play a key role in: Leading a team that deliver development, configuration, customization, technical design, code review and release validation on production environment. Producing specifications and contributing to PLM system configuration Identifying risks and proposing solutions to key stakeholders Supporting pre-sales efforts, including custom solution presentations and budget proposals Your profile University degree, preferably in the fields of Computer Science or Engineering Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying solutions based on Windchill. Experience in Windchill SIM, Arbortext Publishing Engine and Arbortext Content Delivery is a merit. At least 4 years of experience working in a Nordic country Proven IT development experience as well as experience of multi-cultural project teams, where parts are located off-site Excellent communication skills in English, both orally and written. It is beneficial if you have strong communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
