Your role As a Junior Problem Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for handling operational issues and supporting the resolution of process-related queries in line with established procedures and SLA targets. You will analyze incoming cases, identify root causes, coordinate resolutions, and contribute to continuous process improvements while ensuring high-quality service delivery for our clients. Your tasks Investigate and resolve process- and transaction-related issues. Analyze incoming requests and identify root causes of problems. Ensure timely completion of activities in accordance with SLA targets. Follow established procedures and operational guidelines. Cooperate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex cases. Escalate issues where necessary and monitor their resolution. Support process improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting. Your profile Fluent Dutch (min. B2/C1) and good English skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Client-focused mindset and effective communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative approach and willingness to support team members. Good organizational and time management skills. Experience in customer service, operations, or process support will be an advantage.
