Your role As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will lead large-scale digital transformation programs for leading automotive organizations, acting as the bridge between business, technology, and delivery. You will be responsible for driving business value, managing senior client relationships, and ensuring successful execution of complex Salesforce-led transformation initiatives across global markets. In this role you will play a key role in: Lead large-scale Salesforce transformation programs from strategy and planning through global rollout, adoption, and value realization. Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, supporting key decisions, managing risks, and building strong long-term relationships. Lead global delivery across multiple countries and teams, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. Take ownership of engagement delivery across scope, timeline, budget, quality, security, compliance, and business outcomes. Own the commercial performance of your engagements, including P&L, forecasting, contracts, renewals, and account growth. Lead and develop global cross-functional teams, bringing together business, technology, and delivery. Your profile Extensive experience leading large-scale business and digital transformation programs, including complex global or multi-country rollouts. Proven experience managing complex client engagements within consulting, tehnology, or system integration environments. Experience leading Salesforce transformation programs, with knowledge of Automotive Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, and Revenue Cloud/CPQ. Experience working with enterprise integrations such as ERP, DMS, OMS, Customer Master, Data Platforms, and legacy systems. Solid understanding of the automotive industry, including OEM, dealer/retail, mobility, or aftermarket operations. Strong commercial and delivery leadership, including P&L/budget responsibility, forecasting, account growth, and leadership of global teams.
