Vi söker nu produktionstekniska och industriella ingenjörer till Stockholm som vill vara med och utveckla framtidens produktion och leverans i teknikintensiva miljöer. Din roll Som produktionsteknisk eller industriell ingenjör kommer du att arbeta nära verksamheten och bidra till att utveckla, effektivisera och optimera produktionsflöden och tillverkningsprocesser. Du kommer att kombinera analytiskt arbete med operativ problemlösning och samarbeta med tvärfunktionella team för att säkerställa effektiva och hållbara lösningar. Rollen passar dig som trivs med att driva förbättringsarbete, analysera verksamhetsdata och omsätta insikter till konkreta åtgärder som skapar värde för verksamheten. I den här rollen kommer du ha en nyckelroll i att: Utveckla och optimera tillverkningsflöden och produktionsprocesser Ta fram beredningar, routings, instruktioner och layoutunderlag Analysera kapacitet, ledtider, resurser och verksamhetskritiska nyckeltal Driva förbättringsinitiativ inom exempelvis Lean, värdeflödesanalyser och industrialisering Bidra till operativ leverans och samarbeta med tvärfunktionella team för att säkerställa kvalitet och effektivitet Din profil Högskole- eller civilingenjörsexamen, alternativt motsvarande erfarenhet inom produktion, manufacturing, logistik eller Industrial Engineering Erfarenhet av produktionsteknik, industrialisering eller produktionsutveckling Stark analytisk förmåga och erfarenhet av att omsätta analyser till praktiska förbättringar God samarbetsförmåga och ett strukturerat arbetssätt Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift Meriterande erfarenheter Erfarenhet av IFS eller andra ERP- och PLM-system Kunskap inom Creo, AutoCAD eller andra CAD-verktyg Erfarenhet av Lean, 5S, VSM, FMEA, layoutplanering eller simulering Erfarenhet av digitalisering, automation eller Smart Factory-lösningar Vad vi tror kommer få dig att trivas hos oss: Möjligheten att arbeta i teknikintensiva och utvecklande industrimiljöer Varierande uppdrag inom produktion, industrialisering och förbättringsarbete En kultur där vi investerar i din kompetensutveckling och karriär Ett globalt företag med både lokala och internationella projekt och kunder Kollegor som delar ditt intresse för teknik, innovation och ständiga förbättringar Ansökan Som en del av vår rekryteringsprocess kommer identitetskontroll att genomföras genom granskning av ditt ID-kort, och bakgrundskontroller kan utföras vid behov.
