Sr Manufacturing Associate

Job description

As a Sr. Manufacturing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations through data analysis, reporting, and administrative coordination. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data, generating reports, supporting operational decision-making, and assisting with administrative activities that contribute to overall business performance and operational excellence. You will report directly to the Director of Operational Excellence and work Onsite at our Juárez, Mexico facility. In this role, you will have a direct impact on manufacturing performance by providing accurate insights, monitoring key metrics, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the timely execution of operational and administrative activities within the business.
