About the Team WhatsApp isn't a messaging app in our biggest markets; it's the internet. People run their businesses and organize their families in it - then have to leave the app for the everyday things that matter most. The new WhatsApp Services Pillar exists to close that gap: what WhatsApp looks like when it goes deeper than messaging, starting with the everyday money-centric services people already turn to us for. Payments on WhatsApp aren't a bet on paper: live in Brazil since 2020 and growing; the existing WA payments team moves across as the pillar's foundation. WhatsApp Product Managers work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists, researchers and other partners to build products. We are looking for entrepreneurial Product Managers who combine long-term strategic thinking with urgency, product craft and effective execution.
