Brindar soporte integral a las operaciones del área mediante la gestión y análisis de información, la automatización de reportes, generación de insigths, y la elaboración de presentaciones ejecutivas. Asimismo, coordinar la gestión de suministros y materiales promocionales/operativos (diseño, codificación y aprobaciones en el sistema), y proponer mejoras continuas que optimicen los procesos internos. Tu rol Estudiantes de los últimos ciclos, o recien egresados maximo 1 año, de ingenieria industrial, administracion, Marketing y gestión y a fines. Conocimientos intermedios de Excel (tablas dinámicas, formulas y analisis). Manejo de Power BI (intermedio- avanzado), Microsoft Office, (Word, PowerPoint, excel), Powerautomate (Intermedio) (deseable), Dominio de la inteligencia artificial enfocado en analisis de datos (deseable). Conocimiento básico de CRM (deseable). Experiencia previa (deseable) Interés por aprender sobre procesos soporte y atencion a cliente y diferentes areas. Buena organización, comunicación y disposición para trabajar en equipo.
