The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and responsiveness to evolving project needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance software capabilities and performance. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and maintain high-quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Azure OpenAI Service. - Experience with cloud-based AI services and integration within enterprise software environments. - Strong programming skills in languages commonly used with Azure services, such as Python, C#, or JavaScript. - Familiarity with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures leveraging cloud-native solutions. - Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing AI-driven applications for performance and reliability.
