Job Description: Job Description As the Engineering Sales Practice Leader – Switzerland, you will be responsible for driving Engineering business growth, customer engagement, and strategic account expansion across Switzerland. Working closely with Client Partners, Account Executives, and Global Practice teams, you will position Wipro Engineering as a trusted partner for technology and engineering transformation. ͏ Key Responsibilities • Drive Engineering revenue growth across strategic Swiss accounts. • Build and strengthen relationships with Engineering, R&D, Operations, and CIO/CTO leadership. • Identify and convert upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities. • Lead customer discussions, innovation workshops, and executive engagements. • Shape and position solutions across Product Engineering, Industry 4.0, Semiconductor, Embedded Systems, Data & AI, Platform Engineering, Digital Twin, and Cloud Engineering. • Collaborate with global practice and delivery teams to develop differentiated customer solutions. • Ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery and identify delivery-led growth opportunities. • Support customer governance, escalations, and strategic account planning. • Expand Wipro Engineering's market presence and thought leadership within Switzerland. ͏ Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • 12+ years of experience in Engineering Services, Product Engineering, Digital Engineering, or Technology Consulting. • Proven track record in solution selling, business development, and proposal management. • Strong customer-facing experience, preferably in Switzerland or the DACH region. • Good understanding of global delivery models and Engineering Services business models. • Knowledge of AI/GenAI, Industry 4.0, Cloud, Platform Engineering, and modern engineering technologies. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills. • Fluent in English; German and/or French is an advantage. ͏ Key Competencies: Strategic thinking with execution focus Client-centric mindset Strong stakeholder management Problem-solving and decision-making Leadership and team mentoring ͏ Why work at Wipro?
