Expert (m/w/d) Quality Control Systems SAP Die Abteilung Quality Control Systems unterstützt die Qualitätskontrolle sowie angrenzende Fachbereiche bei der Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung qualitätsrelevanter Systeme. Als Expert (m/w/d) Quality Control Systems SAP übernehmen Sie als Key User die fachliche Betreuung und Pflege der bestehenden SAP-QM-Prozesse am Standort in Pfaffenhofen . Dabei stellen Sie den reibungslosen Betrieb sicher, setzen bedarfsgerechte Weiterentwicklungen um und bringen Ihre fachliche Expertise in lokale, regionale und globale Projekte ein. Angaben zur Tätigkeit: Fachliche Betreuung und Pflege des SAP S/4HANA Quality-Management-Moduls sowie Sicherstellung der bestehenden SAP-QM-Prozesse (z. B. Prüfpläne, Multiple Spezifikationen, Änderungsdienst, Prüfmittelverwaltung) Analyse und Bearbeitung von Störungen sowie systembezogenen Problemen, einschließlich der Erarbeitung geeigneter Lösungen sowie der Koordination und Begleitung der Störungsbeseitigung Aufnahme, Analyse und fachliche Spezifikation von Anforderungen an bestehende und neue SAP-QM-Prozesse Mitarbeit in lokalen, regionalen und globalen SAP-Projekten sowie Vertretung der Anforderungen der Qualitätskontrolle Fachliche Begleitung der Umsetzung und Einführung neuer oder geänderter SAP-QM-Prozesse und Funktionalitäten Durchführung und Dokumentation von Funktions- und Regressionstests sowie Unterstützung bei Validierungs- und Qualifizierungsaktivitäten Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Pflege von Lifecycle-Dokumentationen, zum Beispiel Funktionsspezifikationen, Risikoanalysen, Testdokumentationen und Arbeitsanweisungen Fachliche Mitarbeit bei SAP-bezogenen Digitalisierungsinitiativen Export, Aufbereitung und Auswertung qualitätsrelevanter Daten aus SAP (z. B. für Product Quality Reviews) Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen sowie Beratung der Fachbereiche bei SAP-bezogenen Fragestellungen Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Naturwissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des SAP-QM-Moduls Kenntnisse in angrenzenden Modulen (z.
