This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, while continuously seeking ways to enhance service delivery and minimize downtime. The position demands vigilance, problem-solving, and a commitment to supporting business continuity through effective issue resolution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests. - Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. - Monitor system alerts and logs to detect anomalies and potential issues before they impact business operations. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Grafana. - Experience in configuring and managing dashboards to visualize system metrics and performance data. - Ability to analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes of system issues. - Familiarity with monitoring tools and alerting mechanisms to maintain system health. - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing software and infrastructure problems. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
