Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Operations & SupportSupport and enhance AWS cloud platform operations. Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and problem management activities. Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous service improvement Ensure platform reliability, availability, and compliance. Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with client infrastructure, application and security teams. Participate in technical design workshops and architecture reviews. Support the creation of operational procedures, standards, and technical documentation. Required QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
