This role requires continuous interaction with various stakeholders to understand evolving needs and translate them into functional software solutions. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting applications to support organizational goals effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of applications is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis. - Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development methodologies. - Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise applications to meet business needs. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect applications with other systems. - Excellent analytical skills to assess application performance and recommend enhancements.
