About this Position The Douyin Livestreaming Manager is the core operator responsible for driving sales growth through influencer livestreaming (live commerce) for the brand. This role oversees Douyin influencer livestreaming partnership business, achieving brand GMV growth and consumer mindshare penetration through influencer resource development, business negotiation, data operations, and DP team management. What you´ll do Livestreaming Strategy & Target Management: 1.Based on the brand's annual strategy, develop annual/quarterly/monthly sales targets and operational strategies for Douyin influencer livestreaming business, driven by GMV and profit. 2.Plan the influencer collaboration matrix based on the Douyin platform ecosystem and differences in brand product line positioning. Influencer Resource Development & Business Negotiation: 1.Independently develop and maintain Douyin platform top-tier, mid-tier, and vertical influencers, building an influencer collaboration matrix (celebrities, vertical KOLs, KOCs, etc.). 2.Responsible for business communication with MCN agencies and influencer teams, completing the full-chain collaboration from outreach, price inquiry, and negotiation to contract signing. 3.Develop a reasonable tiered pricing system for influencers, managing commission rates, slot fees, and paid traffic costs, controlling cost ratios and optimizing ROI. 4.Establish and maintain the brand's influencer livestreaming resource library, building an influencer resource pipeline for the livestreaming channel. Livestreaming Operations & Execution: 1.Responsible for planning and operating influencer livestreams, including product combinations, livestream sessions, and sales planning. 2.Guide the full workflow including product selection, content script planning, and selling point card creation. 3.Monitor livestreams in real time, tracking livestream data (GMV, ROI, UV value, conversion rate, etc.). Data Review & Strategy Optimization: 1.Conduct in-depth analysis of influencer livestream collaboration data, continuously monitoring planning plans and collaboration results. 2.Regularly produce industry/competitor data reports, analyze trend changes, and propose strategy adjustment recommendations. 3.Optimize the influencer matching model and investment strategy, and produce reusable execution SOPs. 4.Regularly diagnose livestreaming performance, produce reports, and optimize execution strategies. 5.Stay informed on industry trends and changes in the influencer livestreaming ecosystem, and propose product and influencer collaboration improvement plans. Cross-functional Collaboration: 1.Efficiently coordinate with product, e-commerce, design, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient alignment on influencer livestream product selection, inventory, and creative assets. 2.Support the company's livestreaming performance targets, reasonably control input costs, and increase total output. What makes you a good fit Work experience in Douyin influencer livestreaming business development or at an MCN agency. Experience in beauty/skincare/personal care vertical livestreaming; familiar with the beauty and personal care market landscape and Douyin operations logic. Experience managing collaborations with influencers at the million-follower level or above; rich MCN agency resources preferred. Proficient in Douyin platform operating rules, influencer ecosystem, and monetization methods. Excellent business negotiation and resource integration skills. .Strong critical thinking ability; able to develop livestreaming operation strategies at each stage and drive rapid execution. Strong data diagnosis, summarization, and project coordination skills. Must be capable of competitor analysis; able to summarize and distill competitor strategies. Familiar with selling point development for beauty and personal care products and user pain point communication strategies. Strong sense of purpose; results-oriented. Highly sensitive to and passionate about the short video and livestreaming industry; able to continuously learn and adapt to industry changes.
