This Position reports to: AR Team Lead We are looking for a motivated O2C Collections Intern to join our Order-to-Cash (O2C) team. This role offers hands-on experience in accounts receivable, collections, and customer account management within an international finance environment. Responsibilities Support daily collections activities and follow up on outstanding customer invoices Monitor customer accounts and assist in reducing overdue receivables Communicate with customers regarding payment status and collection-related queries Support account reconciliations, cash application, and clearing activities Prepare collection reports and analyze aging balances Maintain accurate records and documentation in company systems Requirements Active student status, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good English (written and spoken) What We Offer Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash and Collections processes Exposure to international customers and finance operations Opportunity to develop analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Learning and development in a collaborative, global environment Real involvement in day-to-day finance activities and process improvement projects Support from experienced finance professionals and opportunities for professional growth A future opportunity Click Apply to express your interest and be considered for future opportunities that match your experience and aspirations.
