Job description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Applications Support Engineer** to join our IT team. In this role, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for critical enterprise business applications, including JD Edwards (JDE) ERP, RF-SMART, SOM, IQVIA, EDI integrations, and related systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, external vendors, and service providers to troubleshoot application issues, resolve incidents, and ensure seamless business operations. This position also plays an important role in supporting IT General Controls (ITGC), SOX compliance, user access management, change management, and audit readiness.
