Graduate Engineer

Job description

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Design and develop products from concept through to production. Produce accurate engineering documentation and manufacturing information. Support the development and enhancement of engineering software tools. Develop test procedures and support product validation activities. Contribute to cost-reduction and continuous-improvement initiatives. Manage engineering information using engineering data management systems. Support the development of departmental standards and future product innovations. Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline (desirable to hold membership of a professional engineering institution or interest in pursuing Chartered status). Knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, preferably Autodesk Inventor. (Desirable experience with OrcaFlex and Mathcad). Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software such as ANSYS. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure.
