Your Role: Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of IMS/IP Telephony projects, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and customer expectations are met; Define and drive implementation, migration, and software upgrade strategies across IMS network elements; Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and internal delivery teams; Coordinate and manage technical project resources, task assignments, and daily delivery activities; Oversee deployment, integration, testing, acceptance, and performance validation of IMS solutions; Manage technical risks, escalations, incidents, RCA activities, and resolution of complex delivery issues; Drive continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, and delivery quality initiatives. Your Profile Proven experience in Technical Project Management, Technical Delivery, or Telecom Solution Leadership roles; Strong knowledge of IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem), VoIP, and IP Telephony technologies; Hands-on experience with IMS network elements such as SBC, TAS, CFX, MSS, and MGW; Strong understanding of telecom network deployments, integrations, migrations, and software upgrades; Experience managing customer-facing projects, technical stakeholders, and cross-functional engineering teams; Solid background in risk management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalation handling; PMP/PMI certification or equivalent project management experience is considered a strong advantage.
