Vos missions En tant que Tech Lead Fullstack, vos responsabilités principales seront les suivantes pour nos clients du secteur financier (Banque / Assurance) : Encadrer et accompagner les équipes de développement, Concevoir et penser des stratégies d'implémentation : comme l'architecture d'une base de données ou la contribution à des activités de lancement de projets, Définir les normes et patterns applicables au projet, Mener le développement et le paramétrage de nouvelles fonctionnalités de la solution avec votre équipe : mettre en place les processus et outils nécessaires à la qualité du code, Participer activement à la vie interne de Capgemini : recrutements, animation de nos communautés (Software Engineers, DevOps, …), et accompagnement de profils juniors. Votre profil Vous avez au moins 6 ans d'expérience en ingénierie logicielle et vous maîtrisez des technologies comme Java, Angular, React et son écosystème. Vous démontrer une aptitude à encadrer techniquement une équipe de développeurs fullstack et à faire monter en compétences l’équipe projet. Vous parlez anglais couramment Vous avez une capacité d'adaptation rapide aux nouvelles technologies et à travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution. Vous avez le sens du contact avéré et un fort engagement pour la satisfaction client. Une maîtrise des technologies d’intelligence artificielle générative (ex. : LLMs, outils de création de contenu automatisé) et/ou des systèmes agentiques (agents autonomes capables de planifier et d’agir) est fortement souhaitée pour accompagner notre transformation digitale.
