Vos missions En tant que Scrum Master, vous interviendrez chez nos clients grands comptes dans la mise en œuvre de leurs projets aux cotés de nos experts ou d'experts chez nos clients : Accompagner l'équipe dans l'adoption et l'évolution des pratiques Agile Scrum et SAFe, en contribuant activement aux événements du train Agile (PI Planning, ART Sync, Inspect & Adapt, etc.). Animer l’ensemble des cérémonies Scrum et créer les conditions de leur efficacité. Encourager la collaboration au sein de l'équipe et avec les équipes partenaires afin de fluidifier les échanges et la gestion des dépendances. Assurer la représentation de l'équipe au Scrum of Scrums et favoriser la coordination avec les Product Managers, Product Owners, RTE et autres Scrum Masters. Accompagner le suivi des engagements pris lors des PI Planning et contribuer à leur bonne réalisation. Promouvoir une démarche d'amélioration continue fondée sur des indicateurs de performance pertinents (KPI). Contribuer au suivi des livraisons et de la production, au reporting, à la gestion des risques et au pilotage des plans d'actions associés. Votre profil Expérience confirmée dans un environnement Agile à l’échelle. Bonne maîtrise des frameworks Agile Scrum et SAFe. Capacité à coordonner de multiples parties prenantes et à favoriser la collaboration entre équipes. Capacité à fédérer les équipes autour des enjeux de performance et d’amélioration continue. Être à l’aise avec des outils comme Jira et Confluence.
