Senior Manager of Inclusion and Employee Experience At TE Connectivity, every connection matters. As Senior Manager, Inclusion and Employee Experience you’ll play a critical role in creating an environment where every employee feels respected, valued, heard, and empowered to do their best work. You will shape and advance TE's global inclusion and employee listening strategy, using your expertise to partner with a global community focused on bringing our purpose to life. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute TE's global inclusion strategy, aligned with business priorities and company values Lead TE's employee listening strategy, including annual engagement surveys, pulse surveys, onboarding feedback, exit surveys, and culture assessments Transform employee feedback and workforce insights into actionable recommendations that improve employee experience, engagement, and organizational effectiveness Partner with HR and business leaders to embed inclusion throughout the employee lifecycle, with a key focus on development, talent mobility, and retention Design and deploy initiatives that foster belonging, psychological safety, accessibility, and inclusive leadership across the organization Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and councils on inclusion, culture, employee engagement, and workforce trends, using your knowledge of external trends and best practices to make recommendations Provide strategic oversight of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), including governance, capability building, and executive sponsor engagement Lead communications, storytelling, and culture activation efforts that reinforce TE's commitment to creating a workplace where every individual feels included Partner across HR, Talent Management, Communications, and business teams to drive sustainable culture and change initiatives globally What your background should look like: Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field 10+ years of experience in inclusion and diversity, employee experience, employee listening, organizational effectiveness, talent management, or related disciplines 5+ year of managerial experience Proven success leading enterprise-wide, global programs or projects Demonstrated experience managing employee surveys, workforce analytics, and translating insights into action Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships in a global organization, including coaching and mentoring at all levels What Makes You Successful Passionate about inclusion and creating workplaces where every employee thrives Strategic thinker who connects people, culture, and business outcomes Skilled at turning data and employee feedback into meaningful action Excellent communicator and relationship builder with the ability to influence across all organizational levels Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading change in a fast paced, global environment Why TE Connectivity At TE, we are building a global, inclusive community of brilliant and driven people who support, challenge, and encourage one another to be bold and build a better future together.
