Your role As a Quality Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with client standards and operational procedures. You will monitor customer interactions and business processes, identify trends and improvement opportunities. Working closely with operations teams and stakeholders, you will contribute to enhancing customer experience, process efficiency, and overall service quality in a dynamic international environment. Your tasks Monitor customer interactions across various channels, including phone, email, chat. Evaluate compliance with client requirements, quality standards, best practices, and operational procedures Complete quality assessments and maintain accurate evaluation documentation. Provide constructive feedback and development support Identify incidents, recurring issues, trends, and process gaps through quality analysis. Resolve customer inquiries across digital channels, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization projects. Your profile Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality, Customer Service or a similar role within an international environment. Fluent German (min. C1) and English (min B2), with strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong communication and customer service skills Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and make informed decisions. Good technical troubleshooting skills and practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel). Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality results.
