Ensure quality, compliance, and service discipline by performing QA/validation checks before release or handoff, following and reinforcing SOPs, work instructions, governance requirements, and service processes, and troubleshooting routine issues while identifying root causes and escalating complex matters appropriately. Collaborate with affiliates, stakeholders, and distributed hub colleagues to clarify requirements, provide status updates, support reliable service delivery, contribute to continuous improvement (recurring issues, inefficiencies, and training gaps), and support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and day-to-day guidance for less experienced team members. Proven ability to work in structured, deadline-driven environments with multiple requests and priorities, demonstrating strong attention to detail, commitment to quality/accuracy/process discipline, and problem-solving skills to resolve routine issues and escalate complex matters appropriately.
