Design Producer

Job description

The Producer is dedicated to software product and related studio initiatives. You'll partner with Reality Labs (RL) Design software teams to produce the design work that ships in product, and with internal and external groups on work that supports the design studio's initiatives. The role covers scoping, resourcing, schedules, budget, vendors and freelance talent, and the review cadence that brings product design work to leadership. This role suits a seasoned producer who is comfortable running several software programs at once, working to release cycles, and turning ambiguous creative intent into a plan, a team, and a shipped outcome.
