Technical Program Manager, Meta Robotics Studio, APAC

Job description

Our team seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead development and delivery with a focus on the robotics products. In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver new cutting-edge technologies and product innovations to the market. You will establish requirements with internal and external customers, manage program schedules, identify risks and associated mitigation plans, and clearly communicate to program stakeholders. You will define and drive highly complex, cross-functional plans for new product introductions. You will also lead build planning and execution, including establishing requirements and build goals, managing schedules, and identifying and tracking risks and associated mitigations. You will be responsible for the communication of the program and build status and risk to key stakeholders and executive leadership. You will partner closely with Operations and Hardware Engineering. We look for technical program managers who have a a technical foundation in hardware or robotics engineering and have experience motivating and aligning cross-functional teams toward shared goals, cross-functional relationship builders, and champions for driving the right level of process and effective communication to ensure smooth and predictable program execution in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and innovative environment.
