Thermal Engineer Intern

At Reality Labs we aim to bring together the brightest cross-disciplinary minds in one place to deliver on our mission: build tools that help people feel connected, anytime, anywhere. As a Thermal Design Engineering Intern, you will take a critical role in developing systems for VR, AR, Smart Glasses and Wearables, or New Technology Initiatives. You will be part of a team exploring and developing consumer electronics products over the full lifecycle, from prototypes to mass-production. You will work as part of a cross functional team requiring collaboration and curiosity in domains inside and outside thermal engineering. Our ideal candidate has strong heat-transfer fundamentals, is familiar with CFD theory with some fluency in tools, experienced in developing thermal/analytical models from first-principles, and testing. This is a 12 week internship.
